There are two ways to whiten your teeth:

In-office whitening procedure

This is the preferable method because it produces more immediate results. The bleaching is done in the office under supervision of the dentist. It involves custom-made trays filled with whitening gel that fit accurately over all the teeth. Because your dentist monitors the entire procedure, a stronger whitening gel can be used to get rapid results. In some cases, a light or heat source may be used to speed up the bleaching procedure.

Home whitening procedure

The bleaching would be done at home under supervision of the patient following written instructions given by the dentist. The same whitening custom tray fabricated by the dentist can be used for the home whitening procedure which can whiten your teeth up to 9 shades whiter. We feel the best results start with in-office whitening procedure followed by home bleaching to complete the entire treatment process.
